FAQ: I CAN'T FIND A STUDENT IN THE SYSTEM!!!!

Problem:  I can't find a student in the system, but when I try to add them in, it says the account already exists.  How can I fix this?

This means the student is in the system, but is inactive.  When you are searching for students, if you will change the status to ALL instead of ACTIVE, you can see all the students in the system.  When you edit the student, you need to make them ACTIVE.
