When a student is archived, he or
she disappears from everyone’s list of active students. This makes it
difficult to find the student’s account in the future. Students should be
archived only when they graduate.
The course that an individual
student is enrolled in should be archived only when a student has 100%
completed the course with a passing grade. Once archived, a course can only be
recovered for a short period of time.
